O’Callaghan partners with Arc Legal for Irish pharmacist’s cover

4 September 2017 – Arc Legal Assistance (Arc Legal), a leading legal expenses insurance provider, has been appointed by O’Callaghan Insurances (O’Callaghan), the full service commercial and personal lines broker based in Leinster, to offer bespoke legal expenses cover for pharmacists in the Republic of Ireland. The scheme, underwritten by AmTrust Europe Limited, sees Arc Legal providing pharmacies with legal costs and expenses for a range of business and specialist professional matters including defence of criminal prosecutions, employment disputes & compensation awards,  and representation at fitness to practice hearings.
