Plus of the Week: Connected communication for MGAs
The MGAA's annual conference brought together over 600 delegates from MGAs, capacity providers, brokers and service companies. The theme of MGA: Evolution and Revolution couldn't have been more timely as the future of the MGA model in a sustained soft market, competitive pressures and facing increased regulation comes under more focus. Full Circle was there and heard from MGAs about their focus on building distribution footprint and differentiating themselves through increased marketing and business development activities. We see real opportunities for MGAs to leverage the range of media and social channels to get their message out there and, more importantly, increase engagement with their capacity providers and distribution partners.
